Time is probably the most important thing in the world and it is something you cannot get back! so why not try to save as much of it as possible? Adding a few life hacks to your life can help make room for anything from family time to binge-watching that Netflix series. Here's a list of things you can do to save time in your busy life.
1. Meal Prep

Cooking for the next couple of days can save you hours a week and can also help you make healthy, and financially savvy decisions.

2. Morning Fashion show

Setting your outfit and makeup look the night before can save you a lot of time in the morning. Personally I feel like I'm having my own little fashion show when I set my outfits the night before.

3. Clean out your emails

Delete anything that is not necessary and unsubscribe to anything not important because nothing is more time-wasting then seeing the latest flight deals sent your email three times a day.

4. Multitasking in the shower

Sh*t, shower, shave....well at least two of those things can be done in the shower and I also advise brushing in the shower, although I have read serial killers are more likely to brush their teeth in the shower...

5. Headphones

This one is a bit rude, but hear me out, when I use headphones at the gym or when I go shopping nobody approaches me. The worst thing that can happen when you've set an hour to go workout and someone you know starts talking about how good yesterday's Riverdale episode was.

6.The Pomodoro Technique

This is pretty much what your teachers have been telling you what to do so you don't end up procrastinating. This is when you set a time for your current task and do NOTHING else.... yes you can still breathe and no you cannot go on Instagram.

Get yourself a planner and watch everything in your life fall in place like the perfect game of Tetris. Anything and everything can be planned ahead from meals to doctor's appointments. TIP: Schedule everything on your phone and set reminders as well as writing it down.

8. Say NO

Don't yes to everyone and don't become a yes man/women, need help? Go watch Jim Carey's "Yes Man". We're not saying don't be there for your friends, be there for what counts! you can be the judge of what counts and what doesnt. Taking on tasks when you could be working on yourself is probably the biggest waste of time, period.

9. Limit Screen time  

Go to your phone settings, hit battery, and check screen time. Most people do not realize how much time they spend on their phones. Scrolling through Twitter or scanning through IG you can waste hours of your precious time.  

10. Routine & Repetition

Having discipline is a key component to having an organized life that helps you save time. Doing the same things consistently like all the stuff listed above is a perfect example of routine and repetition.

11.Take a deep breath

Sit back, take a deep breath, and take a minute to think. Nothing is worse than trying to do all these tasks when you are tense and anxious, so just chill out.

12.Extra money lying around?

If you got some extra dough you can save time with pretty much everything. Don't like cooking? you can now have your takeout or groceries delivered. Don't like washing your clothes? you can have them picked up and dropped off with many apps. Don't like going for gas? You can even have people fill up your vehicles at your house. Just Google any of these services and you will find apps and websites.
