How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
What if I put in the incorrect address?
Order confirmation emails will show which address has been input by the customer. Please review this information upon receiving it. If then you realize immediately send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ***wrong address***. If we received the email before the order has been shipped out then no harm no foul. However, if the item has already been shipped out then the best option is to it to track your package carefully; and once your national mail carrier has received, said package, you may call their customer service line and intercept the package. This may result in extra charges to be paid to the carrier.
Refunds will not be provided for customers whose package has been delivered to the wrong address.
However, if the tracking number states that the "package was returned to sender" we will promptly issue a refund and welcome you to reorder to the correct address.
